Remote position working in insurance sales available immediately. Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated self-starter interested in working outside leads.

Base Pay: $22-27/Hour + Commission + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities

· Establish relationships with potential customers.

· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

· Work leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, and transfers from other states.

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

· Minimum Two Years of State Farm experience

· Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses required

· Self-motivated

· Successful track record of meeting sales goals

· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

· Comfortable communicating with leads through through phone calls, video conference, emails and/or text.
