We're hiring Front of House professionals who are energetic, fast on their feet, friendly and (super) awesome. You will be representing Malika’s Front of House operations, which means delivering an elevated experience for our guests.

Must be 18+ // We serve beer + wine and will soon be adding cocktails to the menu.

• Be your team’s best advocate and establish a culture of respect, accountability and support while creating a positive working atmosphere.
• Make the best first impression, deliver excellent service and maintain high standards for Malika.
• Helping guests with their menu selections and answering questions - upsell where appropriate.

• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.

• Setting and clearing tables; replenishing water and/or ice;
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered to guests as fast as possible.
• Manage and assist in clearing out tables ensuring efficient table rotation and reduce guest wait times.
• Participate in opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant to ensure they are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained.
• As someone who could be juggling many responsibilities at a time, organization and prioritization are critical for running successful shifts.
• Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area.

Front of House Ambassador Qualifications

• High school diploma; Higher degree in hospitality or relevant field will be appreciated.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
• High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances.

• Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time.
• Servsafe training preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
