Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech and/or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience with C-level support.
  • Experience in supporting executives with large organization.
  • Experience managing executive level, C-suite external/customer engagements.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Ability to consistently contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple functions, and manage work time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative to build productive relationships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with a team that supports Google Cloud's Office of the CEO communications, marketing, customer office, finance, etc.
  • Perform an array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, coordinate external customer meetings, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Partner with global leads, resources, and Point of Contacts (POCs) to coordinate business and team needs.
  • Optimize processes and build new operational strategies to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness into existing Google Cloud Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) operations and manage team-related projects.
  • Partner closely with a second Executive/Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs), Chief of Staff and Customer team to identify and execute processes to support the business and leaders in an efficient, seamless, and professional manner.
