Job description
Growing Restoration company has immediate position available for an Estimator. Estimators in the Restoration Industry collaborate with Project Managers, Adjusters and Owners of both residential and commercial property after water damage, fire or mold issues occur.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary contact with owners, adjusters, and consultants.
- Scope development, negotiation and agreements with customers.
- Use company standards to format estimates.
- Consistently identify potential site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc.)
- Apply industry TPA Program standards and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
- Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information.
- Profitably scope estimates, sign projects to get started.
- Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Xactimate estimating experience.
- Computer literate
- Must use the company Estimate Format Standards for Xactimate estimates, proposals, etc.
- Extensive Customer Service experience, Excellent communication skills, professional deameanor and appearance.
