JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and repairs small equipment
- Assembles and replaces equipment and dispensers
- Logs and maintains inventory stock and supplies
- High and low dusting using heavy duty equipment
- Coordinates with other departments to endure guest satisfaction is efficient
- Safely removes mold, mildew and blood born pathogens from public areas
- Public area cleaning
- Properly wear required safety gear for small and large projects
- Able to oversee business operations successfully in the absence of a manager
- Performs all other duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- One (1) to Three (3) Years experience
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand or communicate English documentation
- Must be able to stand, bend and sit for extended periods
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems required
- Knowledge of equipment safety rules and procedures
- Knowledge of OSHA chemical and safety requirements
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management is mandatory.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check and licensing process, required by the Lottery.
- Work areas could have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
