The Role:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Manager [Amazon] who is highly motivated, level-headed, and a skilled professional to be a part of our growing team. If you enjoy building and growing businesses, then this will be a great fit! You will get hands-on training and development. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for building and growing eCommerce businesses on Amazon.com. You will use a variety of online tools to do product analysis, keyword optimization, competitive analysis, pricing comparisons, and A/B testing to find the best path of growth for your clients.

What you'll do:

  • Develop long-term brand strategy and short-term plans to drive sales and achieve profitability targets for the assigned brands
  • Provide category insights and improvement potentials by analyzing and monitoring general markets trends and competitor data
  • Manage the day-to-day activities for your clients. Activities will include communication with the vendor or client teams, communication with Amazon.com, managing and executing SEO-based online content, creating marketing plans, managing ongoing marketing activities, performing inventory analysis, and more.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience launching, managing, optimizing, and driving sales through various Amazon sales channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central platform, Amazon Advertising (formerly known as Amazon Marketing Services or AMS), as well as Amazon Vendor Central
  • Work well in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment, which often has short deadlines, yet is critically important to the overall company performance
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Confidence to effectively communicate (verbally and in written format) with fact-based conviction with key decision-makers at various sized companies
  • Endless drive to grow and improve as an individual.
  • Have a selfless, team-first approach
  • Ability to continuously multi-task, be self-motivated, be very organized, and extremely detail-oriented with every task at hand, showcasing a great follow-through skillset
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or related field
