Evans Delivery is looking for a Document Compliance Paralegal with a Paralegal certification join our team in Langhorne, PA!

If you enjoy reviewing/editing contracts and are well versed with contract terms and negotiating strategies, we want your application!

Essential Job Duties

• Review contract terms and conditions to verify alignment with company policies and relevant federal/state regulations
• Prepare contracts, taking into consideration potential risks
• Negotiate contract terms as needed
• Assist with special projects for contracts and customer solutions teams, with consistent focus on continuous improvement
• Update contract files with new contracts or recently signed contracts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Paralegal certificate (ABA, American bar association)
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Strong typing skills
• Resourceful, collaborative team player and relationship builder
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner, through all methods of communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Contract review experience
• Transportation industry experience
• Customer service experience
