Answer and process incoming customer calls
Data enter work orders in a timely manner
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Good organization and time management skills
Monitor the technicians calls and check to make sure the work is completed and accurate
Need to be willing and flexible to take on and learn new tasks
Able to communicate and receive direction from supervisors
Ability to help route the following days calls while meeting customer needs and maximizing production.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
