Your Mission as Director of Sales & Marketing

As our Director of Marketing, you will manage internal and external marketing teams to create a unified, consistent brand message to prospective, current and past customers, resulting in an increasing abundance of business to PPT. The expected outcome of your work is: Increasing new leads and conversions to business across all lines of business resulting in consistently up trending stats for new patients/clients.

Director of Sales & Marketing’s duties and responsibilities:

• Run weekly Divisional meetings and attend weekly meetings
• Determine Marketing strategy and provide clarity to the rest of the marketing team
• Manage, delegate and elevate marketing staff for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Assists with establishing new referral sources
• Attract, interview and onboard new marketing staff as needs demand.

Required experience and qualifications:

• 5 years of sales and sales management experience
• Industry specific marketing experience preferred
• Skilled with accountability and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System by Gino Wickman) principles
• Proficient in business development
• Effective at guiding, coaching, and mentoring sales representatives
• Working knowledge of CRM (Infusionsoft preferred)
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including FB ads, Google ads, and Digital marketing creatives
• Data analysis from various marketing platforms

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $75,000 to $85,000 with additional performance-based bonuses of up to $15,000 bonus per quarter, based on attaining performance measures. Additionally, we offer
