Any-Time Home Care, Inc. is looking for a Director of Nursing. This is a full-time position, the candidate is responsible for directing and coordinating home health services, as well has assisting with a consistently changing environment and ever changing regulations put forth from the Department of Health. Candidate MUST be able to understand, interpret and distribute knowledge. Travel will be required.

Requirements:

• Current and Valid NYS RN License
• 3+ years of Nursing Experience as a director of nursing in a managerial role.

• Prior Home Health Care Experience within New York State preferred

• Ability to understand and communicate medical documents to all parties involved.

• Able to create and maintain policies and procedures.

• Ability to train others when needed
• Excellent managerial, leadership and communications skills
• Able to be flexible and easily flow with constant interruptions
• Ability to quickly resolve conflicts.

• Self-starter and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Know and understand the Joint Commission requirements
• Work closely with the executive staff

Responsibilities:

• Direct day to day healthcare and professional operations within a home care environment. While staying in compliance with all pertinent rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.

• Oversee all the clinical aspects of RN Supervisors
• Knowledge of compliance regulations for employees.

• Maintain and update procedures for all nursing and clinical staff.

• Hiring and training all new nurses.
