The Director of Client Relations manages and directs relationships with our client group to advance the core purpose, values and growth of Beacon Mobility. Interfacing with both internal and external partners on a variety of engagements, this role is a key stakeholder in new business development as well as maintaining current business relationships. Managing teams and projects to accomplish this workflow in a people-first and positive reinforcement environment are imperative to the success of the position.

This is a new role and the ideal candidate will have school district, public sector experience (Assistant Principle, Superintendent or similar role where they held responsibility in managing, enhancing and growing the client relationship.).

Responsibility Profile:

· Develop relationships with clientele of Beacon Mobility. Our clientele consists of school district administration, school committees, parents, and local elected officials.

· Assist with contract implementation. Support efforts to create enhance client relationships, develop new business and negotiate agreements.

· Help the Operations team successfully deploy and deliver service to students, parents, school administrators schools, parents, students, and other groups.

· Review business proposals and reports.

· Compile data and perform analysis on business projects.

· Train new employees on company policies and procedures

· Review client portfolios and making recommendations for changes based on market conditions or client goals.

· Coordinate activities such as client events or community outreach programs that help promote the business.

· Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that client needs are met.

· Be a thought leader and problem solver in meeting client and company needs.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

· Works collaboratively and thinks flexibly to support and strengthen client relations.

· Superior interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.

· Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and follow-up skills are vital in this position.

· Creates a positive climate and establish professional relationships with clients.

· Strong analytical and reasoning abilities

· Strong business background in financial, strategic, and organizational analysis

· Prior work experience in a school district or charter school.

· College degree required (Masters or post-graduate work preferred).

· Experience with Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Plainview, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Charter School: 5 years (Required)
