Job description
Summary:
An employee in this position provides direct care to residents in a Home for Aged (HFA) Assisted Living and Memory Care environment by assisting them with activities of daily living,
Qualifications: High School diploma or Equivalent.
Essential Functions:
- Make residents' beds
- Passes meal trays. May assist with feeding, if competency demonstrated
- Transports/escorts residents to areas within the facility, e.g. dining areas, activities, resident care conferences, etc.
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Provide extraordinary care.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members.
- Ability to learn infection control techniques.
- Ability to be patient and polite.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
