Overview:
Dahill, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for loading, securing, delivering and basic set up of equipment, while providing excellent customer service and assisting with warehouse operations. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm delivering equipment throughout the Coppell, TX area.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the vehicle
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Load, deliver, install and collect equipment at various customer locations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers and other office technology equipment
- Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to networks
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed
What You Need to Succeed:
- Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record
- One (1) or more years of experience driving a 16' to 26’ box delivery truck preferred
- Ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs.
- Basic mechanical understanding preferred
- Ability to use smart phones and tablets
- Experience using Microsoft applications and the Internet
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
