Our company, Rupa Health, a small team backed by top investors and advisors in Silicon Valley, is growing super quickly and we're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our scrappy team!

Your work will directly impact the health and quality of life of integrative medicine practitioners and patients around the world, and you'll work as part of our Customer Operations team. We're the largest team in the company and growing quickly!

This role is mainly a customer service position but also includes:

      • ️ Clerical work
      • ️ Administrative tasks related to lab orders
      • ️ Customer support with practitioners and patients over the phone and email
      • ️ Ensuring quality control in lab ordering
      • ️ Data Transferring
      • ️ We all wear many hats and responsibilities may change over time!
    • ****MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PST HOURS*****

    • Responsibilities:
    • Follow-up and see-through resolutions on our customer support inquiries across channels, including phone calls, emails, live-chat, and Support Center requests.
    • Author informative and thorough how-to messages using excellent communication skills to maintain a high CSAT
    • Represent the voice of our customers internally at Rupa Health by sharing customer feedback using Intercom processes.
    • Learn Rupa Health’s rapidly evolving products; contribute suggestions from your built experience on updating our Support Center and templates to keep pace with these changes.

We're looking for someone with the following

    • Ideal: Recent college grad with scrappy hustle mentality
    • Must be available for a full normal 8 hour work day
    • Must be available for company meetings during the day over zoom, flexible 8am - 6pm availability in your timezone
    • Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, takes initiative, time management, and be able to handle many tasks
    • Excited to have a ton of responsibility and have a big impact on a patient-facing product
    • Problem solver, "figure it out" attitude!
    • Strong communication & customer service skills are a must
    • Note: we are looking for someone who is willing to pick up the slack where ever is needed and is a true team player
    • Learn Rupa Health’s rapidly evolving products; contribute suggestions from your experience on updating our Helpdesk and templates to keep pace with these changes

Must-haves

    • ✅ Must be located in the USA
    • ✅ Immediate start, able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
    • ✅ Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
    • ✅ Work remote - anywhere in the USA
    • ✅ Work schedule is remote but must be available 8am-5 PST hours.
    • ✅ We are looking for a long-term fit and to have you grow with the company
    • ✅ Ability to work in a dynamic environment without skipping a beat
    • ✅ Must be punctual and reliable
    • ✅ Reliable internet connection in a personal work setting that allows for distraction-free environment
    • ✅ Discretion in handling potentially sensitive information about the patient or patient’s account

Preferred, but not required!

    • Interest in the root-cause-medicine industry!
    • Experience working within Intercom, HelpScout, or other support CRMs
    • Experience working with Asana, G-Suite, and Slack
    • Experience in a similar role
