Blue Sky Pest Control is hiring full-time Customer Service Representative/New Client Specialist; $50,000 - $70,000 (hourly + commission). This position works from our main office, located in Gilbert, Arizona.

Role primarily involves taking inbound calls from prospective customers interested in our services, listening generously to their situation, and recommending the correct Blue Sky program to meet their needs.

You communicate effectively with potential clients, existing customers, and team members, proactively addressing questions and concerns (e.g. explanation of services, account set up, scheduling services, payment setup, rescheduling, satisfaction surveys). You use proper etiquette when communicating via phone and digital formats (email, text, chat).

You are capable learning new software platforms. You are comfortable using multiple software platforms to communicate, quote, sell, and setup new clients.

You are willing to obtain and/or maintain your pest control license. You are curious, always trying to learn something new. You take advantage of professional development opportunities. You value ongoing training and supervisor support. You are willing to help others by sharing your knowledge.

You recognize the importance of accurately keeping records of interactions and processing customer accounts. You are flexible and enjoy taking on new assignments as business needs change.
