Who we are looking for.....

We are seeking energetic, highly motivated, and competitive agents. In this position, you would be responsible for handling inbound and outbound collection calls for charged off credit card debt. You must possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Utilize negotiating skills to resolve delinquency accounts and work with individuals to help them successfully overcome their financial challenges.
• Multitask – Make calls while using websites to look up business phone numbers
• Reaching out to account holders with delinquent accounts and making payment arrangements
• Document your conversation accurately
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
