This position could potentially be a remote position with flexibility in hours.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Complete work orders, parts ordering, and inventory using our software systems
• Coordinate with field technicians on daily schedules
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
