Fuel Meals is looking for Customer Service Agents in our Ridgefield, NJ location! We deliver fresh, fully prepared, healthy meals to customers throughout the United States on a weekly basis. Our mission is to make it easy and attainable for everyone to live a healthy, active lifestyle!
What you will be doing:
+ Utilizing our ZenDesk suite, you will be managing all customer inquiries, concerns and complaints
+ Answering all email, phone and live chat support that come in throughout the day
+ Managing and execute refunds and reshipments that are required depending on customer or product issues
+ Proactively reaching out to customers who cancel subscriptions
+ Export and send tracking numbers to all customers following each shipment
+ Print shipping labels & packing sheets on a weekly basis
Requirements:
What you'll need:
+ Experience working in customer service (phone & ecommerce support is a plus)
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to deal with customers who are upset and working through problems to create solutions that make the customer happy
+ Comfortability talking on the phone and in person
+ A firm appreciation for our customers and the fact that they are the heart and sole of our business!
