About the Job

We are recruiting a Customer Account Manager to respond to the various requests of our customers (support, orders, billing, complaints, ...) and to manage their account.

Comfortable with phone calls and writing personalized answers to customer requests, you are their privileged contact and will contribute to the satisfaction and sustainability of our customers.

After a training on the passive dosimetry business and the IT environment of this position, you will join our team of 10 Customer Account Managers.

With a 2-year degree, you know how to welcome customer requests with empathy and handle them with rigor and professionalism. You have a good elocution and a real pleasure to use the phone, to write and to serve the customer.

You have a first experience of incoming calls treatment in a B-to-B services activity and are perfectly at ease with the computer tool.

National: The hourly range for this position is $21.39 - $39.71

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
