We are looking for hardworking and dedicated team members to join our cannabis cultivation facility in Albion, IL.

• 1st Shift Hours are from 6:00am - 2:30pm

Hourly wages for 1st shift start at $16 per hour. After 90 days, as long as you're in good standing, it goes up to $16.50/hr. Then $1/hr increase every year for the first 3 years.

• 2nd Shift Hours are from 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Hourly wages for 2nd shift start at $16.50 per hour. After 90 days, as long as you're in good standing, it goes up to $17.00/hr. Then $1/hr increase every year for the first 3 years.

Job Summary:

The Cultivation Specialist is responsible for supporting daily cannabis cultivation operations during the life stages of the plant, from vegetation to pre-harvest.

The Production Specialist is responsible for the processing and hand trimming of dry cannabis flower and supports the manufacturing of cannabis products within the cultivation and production facility.

The Packaging Specialist is responsible for accurately weighing, packing, and labeling cannabis flower, infused edibles, and cannabis extracts for shipment to retail dispensaries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a production facility (manufacturing, food, CPG, etc..)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, weigh and mix in a precise and efficient manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
• Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. Working Environment:

Work is performed in a warehouse environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.
