Come to beautiful Arizona for a truly unique job experience. We are a 160 acre farm with an active dairy, creamery, microbrewery, restaurant, vineyard and more. If you love the outdoors and farm life come join our team. From our herd of dairy cows and goats we milk, pasteurize and bottle our milk and the rest goes to our creamery where we make a variety of cheeses that we use our our own restaurant, sell in our farm store and also sell to many local businesses.
** MUST have 2-3 years cheese making experience! **
We are looking for an experienced cheese-maker who is looking to do something different and come relocate to the beautiful southwest. Base Salary plus productivity bonus and 401K, health insurance, cell phone plan.
Responsibilities:
- Follow health and safety protocols when preparing food, taking temperatures, and cleaning work areas.
- Quick learner with recipes.
- Prepare cheese according to recipes and specifications.
- Monitor quality of cheese and adjust recipes as needed.
- Able to follow instructions on various things.
- Make quotas and deadlines with cheese.
