Responsibilities
Responsible for the operation of the Information Line Service. Responsible alongside the Admissions Manager for administrative matters. Ensures compliance with all policies, processes and enforcement of the Information Line employees. If necessary, will consult with the Admissions Manager issues related to the department. Collaborates with other team members and other departments to meet the needs of patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology, preferably master's degree
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience and excellent supervisory skills
- Domain of computerized systems
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Assertive and good decision making skills
- Poise, patience, and the ability to use good judgment in stressful and emergency situations.
