Responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and work self-directed in a variety of content development roles.
  • Write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
  • Requires effective planning, scheduling, researching, and writing skills.
  • QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.
  • Research and write long-form content on various relevant topics in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence
  • Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance
  • Establish systematic tagging approach to content and deploy such across all content types
  • Prepare reports on project performance
  • Come up with process improvement initiatives and implement them
  • Develop storytelling initiatives around cultural spotlight moments
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively to deliver results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams

Requirements

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $58.00 per hour
