You are a person who:
- Likes to be challenged in resolving complex problems.
- Has a keen eye for detail and the ability to make a positive impact on our workforce.
- Can build and cultivate strong relationships up, down, and sideways throughout the organization.
- Is self-directed and understands regulatory compliance standards.
- Is a strong communicator with the ability to effectively facilitate in-person training to staff at all levels
- Can travel throughout the state of New Jersey to provide on-site training to staff.
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to accommodate the schedule of staff.

The skills and experience necessary for success are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two (2) years of DDD or related experience or one (1) year of experience with a degree.
- Familiarity with DDD regulatory compliance is helpful.
- Working knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must be flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to always interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
