Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Base rate plus the opportunity for no-cap monthly bonus!
- This position is responsible for collection follow-up on delinquent accounts including skip-tracing, draft repayment documents and work on garnishments.
- Take incoming calls and payments where necessary.
- Must be knowledgeable of the legal aspects of collections (including FDCPA).
