Compex Legal Services is looking to hire a Collections Specialist. This key position reports to the Collections Manager and will help with a variety of clerical functions within the Collections Department and more!

This position will help us with:

  • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Generating and mailing collection letters.
  • Assisting with preparation of monthly statements
  • Following established guidelines to review and update account statuses.

  • Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking with close attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other departments.
  • Proven track record of coming up with out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual and dependable attendance.
