Tender Care Home Health & Hospice currently has excellent career opportunities for a Certified Nursing Aide to provide individualized, goal directed care.
Job Duties (include, but not limited to):
- Follows the patient's plan of care as prepared by the Registered Nurse:
- Provide personal care to patients; including, but not limited to, bathing, shampoo, shaving, mouth care and skin care.
- Immediately reports to the Registered Nurses/Nursing Supervisor changes in the patient's condition and needs.
- Completes appropriate documentation according to Home Health Care policies;
- Communicates effectively with patient and/or family in all aspects of care being provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- One (1) year of home health or hospice care experience preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Current driver's license and auto liability insurance.
