Full Time Salaried Position
Remote Work within the Continental United States
Brandt Information Services, the leading provider of SaaS technology and marketing services for state wildlife and parks agencies, is paving the way to better communicate and serve the public through their journey to go camping, fishing, boating, hunting, or hiking on public land. At Brandt, we build and improve upon the customer journey for public users buying campground reservations, fishing and hunting licenses, boat registrations, educational event tickets, and the list goes on. The Client Success Analyst is an integral part of a customer account team and is responsible for providing internal and external customer support related to implementation, maintenance and support activities ("Customer Scope") by coordinating with internal business partners to ensure customer needs are met and potential problems are averted.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide customer production support for an assigned project
  • Assist Account Manager with the coordination of customer requirements gathering with relevant Scrum Team product managers
  • Assist with customer-specific testing, including regression testing prior to releases
  • Participate in tracking progress on assigned Customer Scope items being implemented within each sprint
  • Participate in periodic internal and external project status meetings
  • Adhere to Brandt's Software Development Life Cycle processes for Customer Scope
Position Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage and effectively communicate time frames, expectations, and requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Detailed attention to customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel to Brandt offices and/or client sites with advance notice
  • Must reside and perform work duties within the continental United States
  • Must submit and pass Level II criminal background check pursuant to Brandt's contractional requirements with government agencies
Position Location:
This position may be full-time remote within the continental United States. Brandt has office locations in Tallahassee, Florida; Hunt Valley, Maryland and Denver, Colorado should the selected candidate live close to one of these locations and desire to work in an office-setting. The standard work hours for this position will follow Eastern Standard Time.
Compensation & Benefits:

  • An annual base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience
