REQUIREMENTS

• Work a minimum of 32 hours a week
• Work a minimum of one weekend day a week (Friday or a Saturday)
• Provide quick, genuine, and accurate service
• Stock products and supplies while being able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests by mopping and sweeping floors, removing trash, and keeping restrooms stocked and clean
• Maintain good hygiene
• Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and leadership
• Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with Chick-fil-A Anson (IN)’s brand, culture, and standard of excellence
• Be willing and able to change positions at any given time during a shift
• Be dependable and punctual
• Be a team player and have an ‘I’m third’ mentality by putting customers first, team members second, and yourself third
