BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

CareNational Healthcare Services is a Scottsdale, Arizona based staffing and recruitment firm specializing in Medical Management healthcare placements. We are experiencing dynamic growth in our Baltimore office and are seeking a new team member to join our team to spearhead our company’s sales efforts! If you are a motivated, competitive, and aggressive sales leader with a passion for outbound sales, this position is the right fit for you.

Base Salary is between $35,000 - $45,000 with an OTE of $70,000 - $80,000 for the first year.

Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will work specifically with decision makers in medical organizations within our various niches within Healthcare in an effort to execute and close new client agreements. The daily functions of the Sales Executive position are:

  • Generate business leads through a high volume of daily outbound sales calls, online research, industry networking, and referral activities

  • Executing the entire sales cycle from initial sales call and presentation, to negotiating client agreements, to closing the deal

  • Follow up weekly/monthly with all prospect leads

  • Meeting revenue and metrics goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

What we require

  • To be an effective sales executive, you must have a relentless phone ability and have a willingness to make a minimum of fifty phone contacts a day to client decision-makers within our specialty area, develop long-standing relationships, and seek referrals and contacts using a variety of resources. Because of the challenge of our field, we are seeking dynamic, goal oriented, organized individuals.

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven business development experience in a high-volume, entrepreneurial environment

  • Proficiency with core computer skills (Windows, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Excellent time management/planning skills

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

  • Solid work history with exceptional employment references is required.
