What you’ll be doing

➢ Work with new clients (acquired by you) to understand their goals, concerns and current financial information.

Analyze information to create a plan with appropriate strategies, products and services.

➢ Provide your clients with information related to financial products and services on an ongoing basis.

➢ Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance.

➢ Work with your clients to keep their financial plans current and aligned with their goals.

Requirements

✓ Must be a US citizen or permanent resident

✓ A four‐year college degree

✓ Appropriate insurance licensing (within 3-4 months)

Training for Success

At FGP, we believe that successful individuals from various backgrounds have the skills and tenacity needed to become a successful Business Development Associate. We support Business Development Associates who wish to pursue industry designations with financial support available.

We believe in talented people who we hire and invest in new associates through unparalleled support and training. You’ll have access to online, in‐person local training and off‐site national training and development programs.

Business Development Associates with Financial Growth Partners also have the opportunity to work with fellow associates and senior advisors to learn from others. Many also take part in mentoring relationships and study groups with their peers.
