Operating within the Dealer Services group, the position is a key contributor in the technology team operating between NMAC business departments, NNA Information Systems and third party technology vendors to administer Software as a Service (SaaS) systems. The position acts as a system SME using business department experience and system expertise. The position is a key contributor to the evolving NMAC business systems strategy.

1. Contributor for a business systems team operating between NMAC business departments, NNA IS and third party technology vendors to administer NMAC SaaS systems.

Able to work autonomously and perform as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all ongoing integration meetings with NMAC business departments to identify technology needs and provide consultative support.
Partner with NMAC business departments to define requirements and solution results to meet management direction.
Direct and contribute to periodic system and ad hoc functionality releases including strategy, rules creation, data entry and functionality testing.
Perform assigned duties in quality assurance efforts post program releases to ensure system and financial program integrity.

2. Business department SME for the defi Loan Origination System (NMAC XLOS) and Dealertrack.com F&I system (Dealertrack):

Support and contribute to NMAC XLOS operational service plans delivering performance and service levels identified by NMAC Credit and Funding Operations leadership. Includes but not limited to setting up financial programs within the system, modifying existing system set-up for changed programs, and monthly quality assurance actions across multiple programs.
Support and contribute to DealerTrack operational service plans delivering performance and service levels identified by NMAC Credit and Funding Operations leadership.
Assist in all XLOS Compliance and Regulatory Audits.

3. Contribute to ongoing improvement of the NMAC Credit Operations department through technology support

4. Review and analyze existing business strategies, as well as recommend and implement new strategies as appropriate to improve loan origination operations

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent years of work experience.

Professional Experience:
1-3 years of directly related professional level Sales Finance or lending experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge in financial lending origination and funding operations.
Intermediate level knowledge of sales finance loan origination systems.
Intermediate skills in office suite, project management and collaboration software.
Proficient in the use of SQL and XML messaging.
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
Effective written and verbal presentation skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of Management.
