We are a full service irrigation company searching for a full time office manager to aid us in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, payroll, and other office related duties. Looking for experienced applicants.
Experience in the following:
- Quickbooks online
- Payroll
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Inventory Management
- Basic Computer Skills-(Excel, Word)

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and presentable office space, organization of files, sending invoices, paying bills, answering the phone, running payroll, purchasing and receiving inventory (watch inventory levels), and maintaining the company books.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per year
