Small Electrical company is looking for a positive go-getter to perform a variety of administrative, bookkeeping, and clerical tasks.

Candidates must be well organized, have a professional demeanor and be able to multitask.

We are looking for someone who can see the big picture and assist management in meeting their customer service and financial goals.

Required Experience, Traits, and Skills:

· Associate's degree required, 4 year degree preferred.

· 3+ years experience in an office setting

· 3+ years experience with QuickBooks

· Highly organized, energetic, focused, and detail oriented.

· Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a 'can do' attitude.

· Reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

· Enter receipts and invoices and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks.

· Process A/P and participate in weekly financial meetings with management.

· Billing Support: send invoices and track receivables.

· Vendor Program Management: program compliance and renewals; track invoice submissions and follow up with appropriate parties for any billing disputes.

· Cost of Sale Tracking: work with estimators to ensure vendor costs are accounted for in final billing.

· Create and send new client contracts; change orders; completion certificates; and other job documents.

· Compliance: manage insurance requirements and renewals; manage city and state licensing renewals; manage employee training and certification.

· Oversee job file workflow.

· Manage other accounting persons and track PTO for all employees

· Personnel/HR management for compliance programs, garnishments, and payroll

· Manage Balance Sheet items and be able to analyze cash flow and P&L

· Bank and Credit card reconciliation

· Develop and maintain fraud prevention accounting principles

· Office and customer support as required

· Assistance with errands as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
