Job Description

Bookkeeper

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
• Record day-to-day transactions with QuickBooks Online
• Accounts payable with Bill.com
• Provide financial reports (P&L monthly, quarterly, annually)

Experience:

• Two years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required
• Experience with QBO preferred
• Experience will Bill.com preferred

Skills:

• Extremely detail-oriented
• Confidentiality and professionalism

Work Setting

• Work on your own time from home
• Roughly 5-10 hours per week
• Hourly pay (Paid twice per month OR open to contract bookkeeper)
• Report directly to the Operations Manager
