A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOOKKEEPER

As a Bookkeeper, you manage our finances to help our operation run smoothly. Using accounting software like QuickBooks, you perform a variety of essential accounting functions, including reconciling vendor and bank statements, cutting checks, and tracking accounts payable and receivable. Prioritizing accuracy and timeliness, you create and process invoices and make sure all spending is properly allocated. You're responsible for coordinating payroll and making sure everyone gets their checks on time and in the correct amounts. Using your excellent attention to detail, you keep comprehensive financial records and make sure our books are always balanced. You get satisfaction from creating efficient accounting processes and supporting our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• QuickBooks experience
