Billing Specialist
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Billing Specialist. The purpose of the Billing Specialist is to process titles and registrations as well as process car deals by verifying completeness of documentation.
Job Responsibilities
Logs all incoming deals into accounting in required reporting tools and logs
Reviews all deal paperwork for compliance
Communicates missing documentation to dealership personnel through shared reporting tools as required
Stocks in new vehicle inventory as needed or required
Post all deals into system
Figures and adjusts all commission for sales as needed
- Processes dealer trade paperwork as needed or requested
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License)
Notary Bond required.
