- Structured and positive behavioral support plans
- Proactive measures to reduce repeat discipline offenses
- Tier II behavioral intervention supports for students who do no receive emotional support IEP services
- Focus on the processing of emotions to return to academic tasks for success
- Research-based coping skills, trauma-informed practices, and behavioral reset strategies to build independence and success in the least restrictive environment
- In-district continuity of service along the behavioral support continuum
- Supports for students returning from mental health placements or in-waiting for mental health placements
- Special Education PK-8, 7-12 or PK-12 certification required, Middle Level Content Area Certification preferred as well
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Acceptable record of attendance.
