Responsibilities
Eastman Chemical, a Fortune 500 company, is looking for motivated candidates to learn window tint and paint protection film installation and support nationwide growth initiatives.
Automotive films is one of the fastest growing aftermarket accessory categories, and film installation is a challenging, but lucrative skill set that is in short supply.
Employees earn $19/hour and benefits for typical 40-hour work weeks during the training period (~3 months).
Upon graduation, trainees are promoted to Installer status and can make an average salary plus benefits of $68,000 through performance-based commissions. With no cap on commissions, experienced installers can earn $110,000+ annually.

The role of the Trainee is responsible for:
Learning Eastman’s best practices for quality automotive window film and / or paint protection film installation from our experienced training team- Developing expertise in installation and leverage CORE software / pattern database to complete more jobs in less time without sacrificing quality
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma is required
- Ability to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer needs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
