Summary/Objective:

SASR Workforce Solutions is a Cary, NC-based company providing retail, grocery, logistics, manufacturing, and convenience store industries with a comprehensive suite of workforce solutions across all 50 states. The primary responsibility of the Associate National Account Manager is to ensure superior customer service to client partners by working to timely address client’s request, needs and concerns.

Essential Functions:

  • Primary owner of existing 3rd party client relationships
  • Assist Account Mgr. with Direct client relationships
  • Travel to client meetings and/or job site(s), as needed
  • Oversee and follow-up on project/job planning, acceptance, and execution processes, including:

-Project/job intake process in conjunction with Recruiting and Marketing o Strategic project/job plan development, modifications, and client communications

-Hireflex project/job real-time accuracy (100% complete/correct and actively updated as needed)

-Project/job prioritize/reprioritize daily (via Staffing Status) with Client Services and Recruiting

-Project/job execution progress, including client updates on overall project/job execution

-Strategic direction, tactical management, and issue mitigation; ensure project/job plan execution

  • Prospect for potential sales opportunities with existing client base
  • Coordinate sales and staffing strategies with internal SASR Partners (Sales/Marketing, Client Services, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Develop detailed client-level project summaries and provide internal SASR partners for execution
  • Assure client management platform (Zoho) is actively updated (real-time) with client communications, statuses, open items, and any issues that need to be addressed
  • Develop and maintain client-specific SOP’s in conjunction with key internal SASR Partners
  • Conduct weekly analysis of key internal and client scorecard/performance indicators; develop action plans to address service/performance gaps, as well as verify all job marketing and corrective action steps have been implemented
  • Assess internal and field SASR talent/performance serving clients; provide feedback to improve performance
  • Celebrate new business contracted and educate the company on understanding projects
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure client’s needs are met and exceeded
  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, and Marketing to help grow pool of talent, develop succession plans, improve retention of field employees
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience/Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred
  • 5 to 6 years’ experience in Client Services or Staffing preferred
  • Any similar combination of education and experiences
  • Strong background in customer service, recruiting and/or sales required
  • Strong computer skills (i.e Excel, Word)
