Smile Loft Dental is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing team!

We are looking for the right fit for our amazing team. We are a hardworking, patient care oriented, education oriented company. We have a fantastic support staff for our doctors that include 1 or 2 expanded function Dental Assistants per doctor, as well as dedicated front desk staff for each provider.

We take pride in our clinical dentistry, our patient education, and our quality of work. We also pride ourselves in being an education driven company.

Associate Dentist Duties and Responsibilities

• Treatment plan education
• Proper clinical execution
• Proper management of team

Dentist Requirements and Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Maryland
• Certified in CPR
• Good interpersonal skills and communication
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Compassionate and caring of patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in an intense, concentrated environment
• Calm and cool-headed with a positive attitude
• Complies with all office, local, state, and American Dental Association regulations, protocols, and procedures

Pay: $200,000.00 and up (depending on current skill set)

COVID-19 considerations:
Full PPE is provided to Associate Dentists, and air purifiers, extra-oral suction and other measures are taken in-office to minimize risk of transmission.
