Job Summary

The Associate Digital Strategy Manager will support the broader Digital Strategy team as they act as liaisons between Compass Digital Labs (CDL) and senior field operations and major clients for Healthcare.

Digital strategy is a two-way communications path, not only taking current Compass Digital strategies to the above parties but feeding back requirements from clients and the business to the appropriate CD teams. The Associate Digital Strategy Manager assists the broader strategy team’s efforts in undertaking this communications path through a variety of responsibilities in his or her role.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Understand and support senior strategy team members in the creation of digital strategies for each respective line of business.
  • Support senior digital strategy team members in new business sales and retention engagement process (e.g. drafting RFP responses, creating presentations, coordinating demonstrations).
  • Serve as primary owner and editor of strategy team pipeline and initiative tracking documentation.
  • Create, update, maintain and distribute biweekly and monthly digital strategy reporting.
  • Help research, gather and draft requirements for new and additional solutions and maintain request backlog.
  • Create and maintain Digital strategy document and reference materials library.
  • Professionally represents Compass Digital Labs, customers and potential customers, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in and support quarterly business reviews and technology summits for operations and clients.
  • Attendance at relevant business meetings (e.g. sector regional and divisional, zones and summits).

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and desire to continuously learn
  • Must be service-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Operational knowledge a benefit
  • Food service or hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Potential travel (approximately 20%) required as business needs arise
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
