Job Summary:

Keystone Resort Property Management is the premier property management company in Keystone Resort, providing comprehensive management services to homeowner associations as well as individual homeowners renting their units on a short term basis. An Assistant Manager in our Property Management department is responsible for supervising day to day operations of maintenance staff at assigned property.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Review Critical Priority Report, review “ready” status of team for auto assignment, review response times of work assigned to field, check IQTrac multiple times per day for any work that could not be auto assigned to ensure work is being done.
  • Walk properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are being met – staff checklists should be used.
  • Respond to work orders assigned in IQTrac /owner inquiries/Guest Service calls/etc, troubleshoot and apply situational evaluation before calling service department/contractor.
  • Overseeing timesheets and payroll for hourly employees.
  • Communicate with homeowners and HOA members as directed by Property Manager(s).
  • Organize and direct staff on special projects as assigned by Property Manager(s).
  • Accurate and timely billing of homeowner association and homeowners.
  • Assist daily in supervising building and area upkeep, ordering and maintaining materials and supplies.
  • Training and motivation of staff, hourly staff scheduling.
  • Billables / timesheets, staffing adjustments to manage within budget.
  • Effective end of day communication to night ops regarding any outstanding issues.
  • Maintaining proper supply levels and storing appropriately (organized). Notifying the proper person when supplies are low or broken.
  • Review key GX data points and discuss with staff.
  • Weekly or bi-weekly participation in inventory process of operating supplies.
  • Audit key security and adherence to established procedures.
  • Attend weekly meeting with Building Maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years previous management experience, preferably in Property Management
  • Understanding of daily association operations including scheduling, payroll, and project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual ability


The expected pay range is $20.00 - $26.44. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
