Job description: Job is based in the Canton, GA location

You will be assisting the Project Manager as they manage multiple projects across the US. Limited travel will be required. This is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and to grow.

The roles of an assistant PM will be as follows:

• Assist in maintaining job budgets
• Understand project documents and scope
• Assist in management of projects
• Assist in closing out projects
• Assist in overall coordination for project manager

Skills:

• Good communication skills, dealing with clients, subs, material suppliers, and supervision
• Good computer skills including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power-Point, and modifying PDF’s
• Good organizational skills
• 2-3 years of construction experience or education in the construction industry a must
• Fast learner, in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
