- Assist the Center Director with delivery of a quality program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of both the individual and the group in line with the Bright Beginnings mission statement.
- Assist with implementing Bright Beginnings preschool curriculum and program philosophy.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Support your center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
Required:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED, and 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or a current CDA.
- At least one year of experience in early education classroom or home care setting.
- CPR certification, or ability to obtain.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Previous experience or training in the Conscious Discipline classroom management philosophy.
- Previous supervisory experience.
