-Full Salary: $145,000 - $175,000/yr ( Experience Level Dependent )

• Contract Type: Permanent / Direct Hire with the Client

-Work Schedule Options: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)

• At Least a Little Oracle Front End Database Development (You will be trained up on APEX : Oracle Application Express)
• 2+ Years as an Oracle DBA

Job Description

You will be trained up on APEX: Oracle Application Express

What they will be doing: This app was built in Apex (oracle front end tool) that takes data in oracle and is supposed to help with budgeting fiscal year money - money allocated pre fiscal year rolls over or allows orgs to enter in info on what they believe their budget will be for the next yr and some approval that will validate that (how, when, etc.)

• Assist with: Continue development & testing activities to support budget/procurement integration enhancement activities, as prioritized by Government.
• Assist with: Coordinate Government to gather and document requirements for new enhancements, as prioritized by Government.
• Assist with: Troubleshoot and mitigate/resolve reported issues, as prioritized by Government.
• Assist with: Generate and maintain overall BASE architecture; design and build the “back-end” database and data structures; design/code the functions/procedures for the application; design and build data-driven interactive web-based applications using Oracle Application Express (Apex).
• Assist with: Design and conduct development level testing and support demo and training activities for BASE deliverables, as prioritized by Government.
• Assist with: Administer production database; monitor error messages, bug & problem reports
• Assist with: Architect, design and build prototype applications as proofs-of-concept or to demonstrate enhanced functionality
