Job Description
--- Teacher Position ---
Work days: Monday through Friday (2:30-6:00 pm)
Our after school program is looking for outgoing, caring, organized, and skilled individuals to work in our program. Teachers will be responsible for executing lesson plans, helping with homework, providing a safe classroom for students, communicating with parents. Candidates should possess a true love of young children, a commitment to working in a progressive school community, experience working in an after school/recreation environment, and excellent communication and people skills.
Qualification:
Pursuing or currently holding an Education related bachelor's degree, teaching credential
Minimum Associates Degree (B.A, B.S. Preferred)
Must be able to help with both Math(Algebra 1) and English homework for 8th grade
Class/group management/conflict resolution skills and experience

Experience working in an after school/recreational program environment,

Compensation: $18-$40 depending on educational background and teaching experience'
