MedStar Health is currently recruiting clinicians at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center and MedStar St. Mary's Hospital to support night and swing admitter shifts. We are seeking Advanced Practice Providers, Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners, preferably specialized in the field of Hospital Medicine.
The Advanced Practice Provider performs a variety of duties inclusive of, but not limited to, the following: history and physical examinations, patient assessments, initial diagnoses, documentation of findings, and writing medical orders while providing care to assigned patients.

Located just 20 miles southeast of D.C., MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center is a 250-bed, full-service, acute care and 24-bed sub-acute care facility with approximately 60,000 emergency room visits and approximately 14,000 admissions each year.
