Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Job description

Complie and prepare regular and special reports.
Administer programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the Hazel Park facility.
Performs various administrative duties.
Supplies information to callers and records messages, or transfers calls to the proper extension or voicemail.
Uses paging system to locate employees for incoming phone calls.
Receives and greets visitors, obtains name and nature of business, and directs them to the proper party.
Provides administrative support to the HR department.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The work environment is an office setting with minimal levels of noise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
