The Admin Assistant will work with the management team on a regular basis, in an educational environment.

Here’s what we are looking for:

· Previous bookkeeping or billing experience

· Knowledge of QuickBooks

· Will consider providing training to an exceptional candidate with experience in other similar accounting or billing software.

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent computer skills, proficient Excel

· Highly effective communication skills
